    This multi-step process includes concept enhancement, budgeting, preliminary selections, drafting, and specification development. Confirmation of code compliances that may direct selections and direction of the plans.

    The build begins with a preconstruction meeting where final project scheduling is developed and communicated using our Buildertrend software. Our client manager assists with all selections, allowance budgeting, and quality control of the finish vendors. Our implementation procedures include daily on-site management, onsite weekly meetings with our clients, progress photos and internal quality control procedures to assure a smooth workflow.

    We can quickly make an assessment and submit an offer in a timeframe to suit your requirements. If you do not currently have planning or zoning approval, we can assess the development potential of your plot of land and with an option agreement in place, undertake the planning process on your behalf. As experienced Custom Build builder and developer, we can work in partnership with you to develop all, or part of your site for sale.  We will fully manage the process for you to include the implementation of a realty team, designs for the location and work necessary to obtain approvals. We can enter into a Joint Venture Partnership whereby you provide the land for sale and we fund and organize the build with a proportionate profit share at point of sale. We also have retained clients for whom we are actively seeking plots of land for sale.
